The five verbs.
- Read
- Reads documents, forms and contracts, scanned or photographed, in Arabic or English, and pulls out what the work needs. For example: scanned referral letters at a clinic, turned into referral records for staff to check.
- Answer
- Answers customers or staff on WhatsApp, email or the web, from your own documents and records, and says where each answer came from. For example: telling a shopper where their order is, from the order system.
- Check
- Checks records against your rules and against each other, and flags what doesn't match. For example: comparing a lease draft with the terms the landlord agreed, before it goes to the tenant.
- Draft
- Drafts replies, quotations and reports for a person to review and approve. For example: replies to guest reviews, ready for a hotel manager to edit and send.
- Act
- Updates your systems and follows up, only after a person approves, unless you've agreed otherwise in writing. For example: updating a shipment's status once the dispatcher approves, then telling the customer.
Where they stop.
- When a source is missing, they say so and don't guess.
- They never approve their own work.
- They never pretend to be a person.
- Payments, credit decisions, hiring, and medical or legal advice to the public are never decided by an agent alone.
