a. Personal information When you engage with our services, you may provide your name, email address, phone number, company name, and payment details (processed securely through third-party providers).

b. Non-personal information We automatically collect data when you visit our site or use our services, such as IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited with time spent.

c. Data you provide for AI projects For AI development or consultation services, you may share datasets, business information, or project requirements. We handle such data with strict confidentiality and security measures.

We use your information to provide, operate, and maintain our services; improve and personalize your experience; communicate with you about projects, updates, and support; process payments and invoices; conduct analytics; and ensure compliance with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. However, we may share data with service providers that process it on our behalf — including Vercel (application hosting), Neon (database hosting), a contracted AI model provider (AI-assisted processing of messages you send us; we name it on request), Slack (internal team notifications), Google (analytics, where accepted) and payment processors — as well as business partners (with your consent) and legal authorities (if required by law). Government requests for personal data are handled under our internal data request policy: we review each request for legality, challenge unlawful requests, disclose only the minimum necessary, and document every request.

When you message our official accounts on Facebook, Instagram, or other social platforms, we receive your message, your public profile name/username, and a platform-assigned ID through the platform's official APIs (for Meta platforms, in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms). We use this data solely to respond to your inquiry and provide customer support. Replies may be sent automatically by our AI assistant, which says it is an AI. A person on our team can join or take over the conversation at any time. Message content is processed by the service providers listed above (hosting, database, and AI processing) and is never used to train shared models, sold, or shared for advertising. If fine-tuning would help, we do it only with your written consent, and inside your environment. To request deletion of your message history, contact info@devorise.com.

a. What you send us When you apply for a role through devorise.com/careers, you send us your name, your email address, any links you choose to add (for example, LinkedIn) and your CV (PDF or Word .docx, up to 8 MB).

b. Questions from an AI agent An AI agent then asks you five written questions about your CV and the role, and you can ask your own questions. The agent also writes a short internal summary and score of your application for our team. It is never shown to you, and it makes no decision.

c. Who decides A person on our team reviews every application and makes every decision. Every applicant gets an email with the decision. These emails come from careers@devorise.com.

d. Your CV Your CV is stored as a file at an unguessable link that is not listed anywhere, and it is used only to review your application. To have your application deleted, email careers@devorise.com.

e. Training certificates Training certificates we issue carry a number and a QR code. Anyone with the number can check a certificate at devorise.com/verify, which shows only what is printed on it: the person's name, the training, the dates, and whether it is valid. For questions about a certificate, email hr@devorise.com.

We use industry-standard encryption, secure servers, and access controls to protect your data. While we take all reasonable measures, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill our services, comply with legal requirements, and resolve disputes.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent for certain uses, or request a portable copy of your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at info@devorise.com.

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve website functionality and analyze traffic. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) and marketing cookies (the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag, which help us measure and improve our advertising on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) are set only after you accept them via the cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer — declining also removes these cookies. Strictly necessary cookies (such as the admin session) do not require consent. You can also manage or delete cookies via your browser settings.

Measuring our ads When you send us a form on this site (a message, a booking or a project brief), our server may tell Meta and LinkedIn that a form was sent, so we can see which of our ads led to it. With that notice we send your email address and, to Meta only, your phone number, both hashed (turned into a one-way code, so the address or number itself is not sent), plus technical details such as your IP address. If you accepted marketing cookies and arrived from one of their ads, we also send the ad-click code they set. We send nothing else you wrote in the form.

How you found us When you open this site, your browser keeps a short note of how you arrived: the campaign tags in the link you followed, whether you came from an ad on Facebook, Instagram, Google or LinkedIn, the first page you opened and the website that sent you. The note stays in that browser tab only (it is not a cookie), and it reaches us only if you send us a form on this site, including the contact form in the chat, together with that form.

Our website may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites.
