Custom CRM & Business Systems in Amman

For companies in Jordan whose process does not fit the software they were sold. We build CRM, HR, booking and internal platforms that match how your business actually runs — Arabic-first, integrated with your existing systems, owned by you.

The spreadsheet beside the CRM

Almost every company we meet in Amman has one. A licensed CRM, and a shadow spreadsheet where the real work happens — because the CRM cannot represent a commission split the way the business calculates it, or a reservation that spans two properties, or an approval that depends on who the client is.

That spreadsheet is the requirements document. It is the precise list of what the off-the-shelf system could not do, written by the people who do the job. We start there rather than with a feature comparison.

We will also tell you when the answer is to configure what you already own. A custom build you do not need is an expensive way to acquire a maintenance burden.

Where the AI part fits

A custom system is worth more when it does work rather than storing it. The same platform that holds your client records can extract the data from the contract, draft the proposal, flag the renewal before it lapses and answer the customer on WhatsApp — because it already has the context.

That is the advantage of building rather than buying: the agents sit inside the system instead of being bolted on through an integration that half-works.

Common questions

Custom CRM in Jordan — questions we get asked

Should we build a custom CRM or buy Salesforce or HubSpot?
Buy, if your sales process looks like everyone else's. The honest test is what happens in month three of a rollout: if your team is maintaining spreadsheets beside the CRM because it cannot represent how you actually work, you are paying for a licence and still running the process by hand. Build when the mismatch is structural, not cosmetic.
Do you build in Arabic, with right-to-left interfaces?
Yes, and properly — right-to-left layout, Arabic typography and Arabic data entry designed in from the start, not a translation layer added at the end. If your team works in Arabic, a system that fights them in English gets abandoned regardless of how good the logic is.
Can it connect to the systems we already run?
That is usually the main requirement. We integrate with existing ERP ledgers, accounting systems, regional databases, WhatsApp and payment rails. A CRM that does not talk to your invoicing creates double entry, which is the problem you were trying to solve.
Do you only build CRMs?
No — CRM is the common entry point, but the same work covers HR and payroll, booking and reservation platforms, marketplaces, inventory and accounting. See the catalogue for what we have actually shipped in each.
What about our existing legacy system?
Replacing it wholesale is usually the wrong first move. We more often modernise around it — putting a usable system in front of it and migrating in stages — so the business keeps running while the change happens.
Where is the system hosted, and who owns it?
You own it. Hosting is a decision you make: your cloud tenancy, or isolated on-premise compute where data residency requires it. We are not reselling a licence, so there is no lock-in by design.
