Uptime Guarantees and SLA Refunds

We deploy client modules on redundant AWS/Modal infrastructures with automated multi-zone failovers. If our services dip below the agreed limits, your billing account is automatically credited based on the outage duration index.

Incident Response Times Matrix

Severity 1 (Critical)15 Minutes

API endpoint outage, VPC container failure, or database transactional lockups causing absolute workflow stoppage. Engineer dispatch immediate.

Severity 2 (High)2 Hours

Degraded inference speed, API latency drifts exceeding 1000ms, or minor pipeline failures with temporary workarounds.

Severity 3 (Standard)24 Hours

General configuration queries, template requests, SOW calculator modifications, and cosmetic UI adjustments.

Uptime & Database Guardrails

99.95% Compute Uptime

We guarantee that serverless model-serving clusters and container isolates maintain a monthly uptime of 99.95%. If uptime breaches this boundary, clients receive automated SLA credits.

Isolated VPC Backups

Client system states and database records are snapshot-backed every 12 hours in isolated, multi-region setups. Backups are retained for 30 days under AES-256 validation.

Instant Rollback Recovery

In case of configuration drifts, our deterministic safety checker reverts databases to clean check hashes automatically, preventing corrupt states.
