That booking is under another name, so I've asked the team to help.

Waiting for staff
- What the AI does
- Where it stops for a person
- What it logs
Where a person decides
- Staff can take over any chat, and Sanad pauses while they're in it.
- Sanad calls in a person when a name doesn't match or a reply is blocked.
- A message to many customers at once waits for an admin's approval.
- Payment is taken at the venue, by the team.
The challenge
Al Daoud Goal Space runs four five-a-side courts in Jordan. Bookings came in by phone, often twice: once to ask about a slot and once to confirm it.
The schedule lived in a calendar kept by hand, so two groups could end up holding the same hour, and the team answered the same questions about times all day.
What we built
- An Arabic-first booking platform for the four courts, with an admin panel for the team.
- Sanad, an AI agent on WhatsApp's official channel that books, moves and cancels slots in conversation.
- Price rules, academy schedules, a waiting list and reminders, all set by the team.
- Booking confirmations built by the booking system itself: Sanad only says what the system returned.
- A web chat for customers and an assistant for the admins.
What we run after launch
- We host the platform and keep it running.
- A health check on the WhatsApp line every 15 minutes, and a test conversation every day.
- Support for the team, and changes as the venue's rules change.
