Where a person decides

  • An administrator approves every investment request before it goes through.
  • Properties that agents submit are reviewed by an administrator before they're listed.
  • Payouts to owners go out only after an administrator approves them.

The challenge

Aqarati X wanted one Arabic platform where people can invest in property, follow what they hold and book stays, with each kind of user seeing only what is theirs.

Investors, owners, agents and developers each needed their own view, and visitors needed answers about a listing in plain Arabic.

What we built

  • An Arabic-first marketplace for property investment, with an owners' club and bookings for suites and chalets.
  • A dashboard for each role: investors, owners, agents, developers and the office team.
  • Dalia X, an AI assistant that explains in Arabic how the platform works, its memberships and its terms. Visitors can type or speak; anything else goes to customer service on WhatsApp.
Next caseSaedy Wood: 857 decors and 62 board products from 24 brands in one bilingual catalogue, and an assistant that answers from the catalogue only.
